Strutt|Row Ops|RMS Addition performs non-contiguous root mean square (RMS) addition of the selected rows of RMS values.
Strutt implements the RMS addition as:
`x = \sqrt{(a_{RMS}^2 + b_{RMS}^2 + c_{RMS}^2 + ... + n_{RMS}^2)}`
Strutt places a double-plus '‡' in Column A of the summed rows to indicate that the rows have been logarithmically summed into the results row (indicated with an '=').
