Strutt|Input Data|Empirical|Air-Cooled Condenser calculates the typical sound power level from an air-cooled condenser unit into the current row of the worksheet

Strutt calculates the sound power levels as follows:

`L_W=86+12log("CC")`

where `"CC"` is the cooling capacity (in tons of refrigeration) of the condenser.
