Strutt|Input Data|Empirical|Cooling Tower Array End Correction inserts the correction to the `L_W` of one cooling tower for a line of `N` cooling towers where the receiver is 'end-on' to the line of the towers
The correction is added to the sound power level `L_W` of one tower, and is calculated based on the number of towers `N` and the distance ratio between the distance from the nearest tower `d_(first)` to the receiver and the distance from the furthest tower `d_("last")` to the receiver, using the values in Table 4.16 of the Edison Electric guide.
